Let me take you on a 3-hour walk I designed to capture Saigon's essence.

We’ll start with my favourite bowl of noodles and dumplings or beef stew from a local stall.

Afterwards, as fresh as they come, we’ll savour juicy exotic fruits from the wet market (not so wet).

Then we will go to an 86-year-old coffee house and aunties will show us how to make coffee or tea. We will sip on bold Vietnamese coffee & tea that'll power you up for the day.

I'm Hieu!

I've been guiding in Ho Chi Minh City since 2018. I grew up eating on these streets, and I still do, every day.

My tours are small. Never more than six guests. That means we can sit on tiny plastic stools at stalls where big groups can't fit, and you can ask me anything.

What I run:

- Street food walks through local alleys

- Early morning walks with breakfast, Vietnamese coffee and a real market

- A fully vegan food walk, 8 to 10 plant-based dishes
