I'm a government certified guide interpreter.
I'm originally from Gifu Prefecture located in Central Japan and have lived in Nara city for more than twenty years.
I used to be a civil engineer working for a construction company and experienced overseas projects mainly in South Pacific region for about nine years.
During my stay abroad, I had an opportunity to look Japan from outside and realized the beauty of Japan from different point of view.
Now I retired from the company and I'm guiding foreign visitors mainly over Kansai district including Nara, Kyoto and Osaka to help them know more about the history, the culture and the people of Japan.

If we could give 10 stars we would do that for HIRO. We had such a wonderful day in Nara with him and saw the most incredible sites. He was so enthusiastic and was so knowledgeable everywhere we went. We also stopped for a wonderful lunch and got to rest for a while and then continued our eight hour tour. Needless to say “HIGHLY RECOMMEND “

“Fabulous Two-Day Tour of Osaka & Kyoto”
We were introduced to Hiroyuki through another guide. He helped us to plan a custom tour of Osaka and Kyoto over a two day period. His planning was impeccable, down to each train we would be traveling and each train station we would be transitioning through.
