Due to the April 2024 earthquake, some sections of the highway inside the park are currently under repair. Entry by vehicle is only permitted during specific time windows.

“Tea Plantation Half Day Trip”
My family and I had a great half day trip with David where he took us to the tea plantations and the tea museum. He was very informative and we learnt so much from David about Taiwanese culture and tea. Further he showed us around the city- which was a great way to see the sights and local highlights. David was an excellent guide. To start he waited patiently for us to get off the ship and go through immigration. The he showed up with a big van to fit six passengers and about 15 luggage. He managed to drive us through the Keelung area and get us to our destination hotel in Taipei. David has anecdotes and a lot of information to share, not only from Taiwan but from all around the world.
