We’ll kick off with a classic Michelin-listed chicken-on-rice institution, then a legendary wok noodle spot where you can smell the smoky “wok hei” from the street. After that, a historic Michelin-recognised mango sticky rice shop, and a fun pink-noodle bowl at a famous yen ta fo stall. Then we’ll hop in a private tuk-tuk to cruise past Wat Arun, Pak Klong Talad, and the Giant Swing as old Bangkok comes alive around us.

Meeting Point
San Chao Pho Sua entrance
Chicken Stew with Thai-Chinese Sausage Rice
a humble shophouse where one simple comfort dish has become a local legend, even earning a place in the Michelin Guide. Silky gravy is poured over fragrant rice and topped with tender marinated chicken, with a secret sauce that keeps office workers and neighbours lining up every day—no fancy décor, just pure nostalgia in a bowl.
Pad See Eew and pork katsu
Michelin-recognised spot that focuses almost obsessively on one thing: wok-fried wide rice noodles in rich, velvety gravy. You’ll stand just meters from the roaring wok as the chef creates that addictive smoky “wok hei” aroma, showing how fire, timing, and technique can turn a simple noodle dish into something chefs and food lovers travel across town for.
Yentafo noodles and 60 year old recipe pork with basil over rice
an iconic Michelin-listed noodle stall famous for its bright pink yen ta fo broth. The colour is playful, but the flavour is complex: tangy, savoury, and slightly sweet, packed with fish balls, crispy wontons, tofu, and crunchy greens. Each bowl is layered with textures and colours, capturing the fun, creative spirit of Thai‑Chinese street food.
Simple storefront, open since 1947, known for classic Thai desserts, particularly mango sticky rice.
it’s time for dessert at a legendary sticky rice shop in the Michelin Guide, a place woven into the childhood memories of many Bangkok locals. Here, perfectly steamed sticky rice meets ripe, fragrant mango and glossy coconut cream, all balanced so that each bite is sweet, salty, creamy, and chewy—the kind of dessert people will happily queue for, especially in mango season.
Private TUKTUK ride around the old town
Once your taste buds are fully awake, we’ll hop into a private tuk-tuk and cruise through Bangkok’s old town. We’ll glide past the riverside spires of Wat Arun, once the royal temple and a symbol of the city’s early days, especially magical when it shimmers in the evening light. We’ll pass Pak Klong Talad, the historic flower market where traders work through the night to supply jasmine garlands and lotus flowers for temples and ceremonies, giving you a window into everyday spiritual life. Finally, we’ll roll by the Giant Swing, once used in a dramatic Brahmin ceremony and now standing as a reminder of Bangkok’s Hindu-Buddhist heritage, surrounded by old wooden shophouses and local shrines.
