Most tourists who come to Hue often think that Hue only has historical relics left by the Nguyen Dynasty, but in reality, Hue has much more to offer. Hue cuisine is truly diverse and worth trying. This program is specially designed for those who want to experience how to make Hue cakes and learn more about the life of local people. Go to the market, learn about the places that supply the ingredients for Hue cakes, and then go to a local's house and learn how to make cakes with the host family!

Meeting Point
At your hotel
- I will come to pick you up at your hotel (pick-up area around 2km in the city center, if you stay outside, I will provide you the meeting point or please pay for the taxi fee if you prefer my pickup.
Meeting
I will come to pick you up at your hotel, then we use a cab or taxi to move to Dong Ba market
The local's house
We then take a cab or an electric car to go to the local's house. This family stays in a small village so we then walk for 5 mins to their house.
At here, under my guidance, you can understand more about the local life, how all family members helping each other to run their own business and making Hue cakes.
Finally, we learn how to make cake with family owner.
Enjoy the cakes you made and cakes provide by the family.
Go back to hotel. Experience ends!

You will get back to Hotel by boat downstream on Perfume river. Enjoy the view of the river

* Dong Ba market is opened very early in the morning and the best time to visit is around 9am. Because this is busy time in the day, you can experience the local life
* Hue savory cakes are often made with shrimp and pork, so if you are allergic with any of them, please let me know
