- We will meet the the main square of the city.
Place 1er Novombre
The main square of the city with its notable three monuments, our point of interest will be the theater as it was a source of inspiration for young Yves.
Pasteur high school
The largest High school of Oran and the first one, it was here that Yves took his Bac degree.
Clinic Saint Anne
August 1, 1936, Yves Saint Laurent was born here.
Century Cinema
An old Cinema that dates back to the French period.
Sacred Heart Cathedral
the Cathedral, transformed into a library, showcasing Romano-Byzantine architecture, intricate mosaics, and vibrant stained glass windows.
Yves Saint Laurent house
His youth house turned into a museum now, with a collection of his own and family things.
The train station
Its architecture reflects the symbols of the three religions of the Book. Thus its exterior is that of a mosque, where the clock is in the shape of a minaret, the grilles of the doors, windows, and ceiling of the qoubba (dome) bear the Star of David, while the interior paintings of the ceilings bear Christian crosses.
