Meeting Point

Pick-up at your accommodation

- I will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Mendoza City (within 15 km). The pick-up time is fixed and will be confirmed after booking.

08:10 AM

Cacheuta

We’ll drive by the scenic village of Cacheuta, known for its hot springs and rustic charm. Although we won’t stop here, you’ll get a great view of this picturesque mountain spot from the road.

Potrerillos Dam

We’ll stop for 5 to 10 minutes at this breathtaking viewpoint, where the dam meets the foothills and the Andes. It’s the perfect place to stretch your legs and take stunning landscape photos.

Uspallata

We’ll stop in this peaceful mountain town to enjoy a classic local treat — a cup of coffee and a medialuna (Argentine croissant). A relaxing break surrounded by the Andes.

12:30 PM

Aconcagua Provincial Park

We’ll enter the park and do an easy walk near Horcones Lagoon, with incredible views of Mount Aconcagua. The hike is optional, lasts under 2 hours, and has no technical difficulty — just pure mountain beauty at your pace.

Puente del Inca

We’ll stop for about 20 minutes at this natural rock formation, shaped like a bridge over the Mendoza River. It’s a unique mix of geology, history, and colorful mineral waters — a great photo opportunity and a must-see in the Andes.

03:30 PM

Uspallata (Lunch Stop)

On the way back, we’ll stop again in Uspallata to enjoy a delicious traditional lunch: Argentine asado with wine, starter, side dishes, and dessert — the perfect way to end a day in the Andes.

Your accommodation in Mendoza city or Luján de Cuyo.

Tour Important Information

• The walk in Aconcagua Park is easy and short (less than 2 hours), but completely optional — if you have reduced mobility, we can adapt the itinerary.

• Please wear comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing. Weather in the Andes can change quickly, especially in winter.

• The road to Aconcagua is weather-dependent. In case of snow or storms, park access or parts of the route may be closed for safety.

• The park may occasionally be closed without prior notice due to weather or operational reasons.

• If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let me know in advance — lunch can be adapted.

• Don’t forget sunglasses, sunscreen, and water — even on cloudy days the mountain sun can be strong.
