This is a walking tour, covering narrow, crowded streets and uneven paths. Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

The tour is not recommended for people with serious back, knee, or mobility problems. Some places have stairs and no wheelchair access.

Bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, especially in hot weather. In the rainy season, carry an umbrella or raincoat.

Old Dhaka is busy and noisy in areas like Sadarghat and the local bazaars—please be prepared for crowds and street life.

Bring cash (Bangladeshi Taka) for personal purchases in local markets or shops, as many places do not accept cards.

Photography is allowed at most locations, but please respect rules where flash or cameras may be restricted, like inside parts of Ahsan Manzil.

This tour runs rain or shine, unless there is a severe weather warning.
