We will sit down at a renowned heritage restaurant in Nazira Bazaar to taste authentic Old Dhaka Kacchi Biryani, fragrant with saffron and spiced mutton. The meal is completed with a refreshing sip of spiced Borhani and traditional sweet curd (Doi).

Armenian Church (Holy Resurrection)

Tucked away in the historic Armanitola neighborhood, this peaceful 1781 church highlights Dhaka’s once-thriving Armenian merchant community. We will stroll the serene tree-shaded grounds and examine the ancient gravestones telling stories of early international trade.

Shankhari Bazaar Walk

Walk through this narrow, vibrant alley known for centuries as the street of traditional conch-shell jewelers and Hindu artisans. The corridor is lined with heritage narrow-fronted houses, bustling kite shops, and colorful shops selling temple instruments.

Ahsan Manzil (The Pink Palace)

Situated directly on the riverbank, this grand pink palace served as the official seat and residence of the Nawabs of Dhaka. Inside the 23-room museum, you will see vintage royal furniture, historic portraits, and artifacts that showcase 19th-century aristocratic life.

Buriganga River Local Boat Ride

Conclude the day at the bustling Sadarghat launch terminal by boarding a traditional wooden rowboat. Glide along the waters of the Buriganga River during the late afternoon light to witness giant ferries, cargo trawlers, and daily river life up close.
