A good selection of crafts
What do you want to buy as a souvenir in Tokyo? I recommend two stores in Tokyo. One is Japan Traditional Crafts Aoyama Square located near Aoyama Itchome subway station. It sells a wide variety of traditional craft products all over Japan, which must fascinate you. The other is Isetatsu in the Yanaka district which sells mainly woodblock print paper. Isetatsu was established in 1864. Among my tours, A colorful walking tour in Tokyo is set close to the former and Former Residence of Great Artist in Yanaka & Ueno Free Tour is set along the latter. Japanese traditional craft products were highly developed during the Edo period(1603-1867). I would like you to find good ones while joining my tour.
