Another aspect of Kawagoe is eel dishes. Ogagiku restaurant specializes in unagi, eel dishes. One side of a long eel is cut and opened, and grilled over fire. Then special sweet soy sauce is put on the grilled eel, and the eel is placed over white rice. Ogagiku restaurant was built about 100 years ago. It's very rare to find 3-story wooden house.
