Land value in Ginza is very high, and even the smallest cup of coffee or tea costs a fortune. Being a premiere upscale shopping district, international brands and sophisticated clothing lines and cosmetic brands have all set their flagstores in Ginza. Some of these well-known brands include Hermes, Bvlgari, Chanel, Gucci, and Dior. Modern technology lead Apple also has its flagship store set in Ginza grounds. One will often feel secluded attempting to go to Ginza without wearing the most extravagant set of clothing and accessories.
Although Ginza is truly for the upscale market, less expensive dining locations for the budget tourists are also available such as Yoshinoya, Japan's popular budgeted beef bowl restaurant. Well-known clothing line UNIQLO is also present in Ginza.

You can also try watching Kabuki in a Kabuki theatre in Ginza. Theatres and exhibition spaces in Ginza are spacious and more elegant than that of the other districts. Art and automobile museums are also present within the vicinity. Some other major points of attraction in Ginza include the clock tower of Ginza Wako, the Sony building, and the Tsukiji Fish Market.
