If you visit Sapporo, I recommend to go to Norbesa Building.
It's 300m away to west from Susukino Station, and this building has a ferris wheel on the top, so you won't be lost the way.
You can enjoy a souvenir shop, foot bath (installed at a travel salon), and the Ferris Wheel until 21:30.
If you post the salon on the SNS, you can get a free Ferris Wheel ticket.
It's the best place to watch a panorama from the gondola, and go shopping for souvenirs.
