Altough Ozu Castle’s keep has been reconstructed, it is still stunningly
beautiful. For the reconstruction they used only traditional techniques and
wood from the Ehime area, which surrounds Ozu. It is a somewhat smaller
castle than the rest of those on the list, but it does give you the chance to
see what modern hands can achieve with the same (well, almost the same)
techniques as they used several centuries ago.
