Shinnyodo is a calm temple located in the east of Kyoto. It is said that famous monks erected in the 10th century. Some part of that were burned down in a fifteenth-century by civil war, Ohnin-no Ran, but later rebuilt. Inside the main hall is the Golden Amida Nyorai. Autumn leaves are very beautiful.
