Day Hike Alerce Andino National Park
Tompkins Foundation donated more than a million acres in a historic agreement with the Chilean government to create five new national parks and expand three others already in existence. The government, in turn, contributed nearly 2.5 million acres and reclassified 5.4 million acres of reserves as national parks. Chile recently debuted the epic Route of Parks. Stretching 1,700 miles from Northern Patagonia down to remote Cape Horn, This park is one of them.

Chiloé Island & Puerto Varas
Thanks to being an island Chiloé has evolved a rich biology that impressed even Charles Darwin who travelled through the archipelago for his researches. Due to its agro-ecological characteristics and biodiversity, alongside its rural culture and traditional knowledge developed by its people, Chiloé has been internationally recognized by FAO as an Ingenious Agricultural Heritage site of the World, GIAHS. The GIAHS Chiloé Program aims to recognize and secure the dynamic conservation.

Volcan Calbuco Hike
This is my favorite hike, I invite you all to discover the amazing forest and spectacular basalt formations.Calbuco volcano, along with its neighbor Osorno, is one of Chile's most active volcanoes. It is located 11 km south of Lake Llanquihué and 30 km NE of the town of Puerto Montt in the Lake District in southern Chile. Calbuco volcano consists mainly of blocky lava flows and tephra layers, and its summit is truncated by a 400-500 m wide summit crater.
