Before I become Helsinki Guide 2003, I guided also in the Parliament House, Helsinki Museum of Art (HAM) and Museum of the Cultures. Since 2003 as Helsinki authorized guide I have made all kind of tours by bus, taxi, bike, boat, tram and of course by walking in Helsinki, Espoo and the surroundings like Porvoo, and Tuusulanjärvi. I have also specialised to guide groups of children. As a tour leader I have worked in Finland and taken groups by train to St.Petersburg, Russia. I was also as a tour leader in China 2005-2008. “What a fantastic way to spend a long layover in Helsinki.”

Sergio was awesome (and so was the driver). He listened to everything I said prior to the trip, even my concerns about getting our luggage transferred from a domestic flight to an international one - he was ready with a trolley when we arrived. As we were restricted by time, and a few in our party were staying in town, he arranged the day perfectly to fit what we asked for and a few more things as well. We learnt a lot about the history of Finland, tasted many delights (some he even bought in the van himself), and had multiple options so we could adjust the day as we went along. We dropped 2 of our party at their hotel, and he provided them with pointers of other things to do, and how to get around, and had the rest of us back at the airport in plenty of time for our next flight. Can't recommend him enough. He listened to what we wanted, he adjusted the day to suit our requests. It was the best way to handle the layover.

Highlights and Hidden Gems of Helsinki

“Lovely and definitely a YES”

Tatiana provided us with a wonderful and memorable tour through Helsinki. We only had about three hours during a layover. She picked us up and we did a tour via auto through the city. We stopped for some short walks and photo ops, and enjoyed a lovely cafe. Her knowledge of the area is remarkable! I highly recommend booking with her!
