Hello from Provence, South of France ! This year has been an incredible busy year with many tourists visiting Provence. Provence IS the place to visit with so many different attractions such as: beautiful scenery, excellent gastronomy, great wine experience, large variety of architecture dated from as far as Roman time, Renaissance to now and of course our famous lavender fields! I have been a tour guide in the region of Provence & Côté d'Azur for more than 6 years, I can easily plan day tours or multiday tours to the liking of any visitors looking for a beautiful memorable vacation in our region.

Hello! Nice to meet you! My name's Benjamin. I am honoured to show you my Mother's hometown of Aix en Provence! I speak English with a clear voice as I was born in the UK. My mother is French and I speak Spanish because I lived in Peru for 9 years. We have family records that date all the way back from 1875 and I share stories both personal and public stories on the tour. Beside guiding I am an English professor at the local university, a hobbyist historian and world traveler like you! Besides sharing my love for the city, I really enjoy meeting people and I hope I get a short chance to get to know you! I usually do my tours in English, but can translate to Spanish. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have a group and want to arrange a date for a spanish only tour, 'si, se puede' as they say. Furthermore, if you have any other questions I will answer them when you message me. Let me leave you with one of my favorite Emile Zola quotes: "Nothing develops intelligence like travel." See you on the tour! Benjamin

Having more than 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant in different structures in France and abroad, I am now reorienting myself toward an activity that has always fascinated me. Eco-tourism and contact with people from different parts of the world are an environment in which I like to evolve. I take the opportunity to enrich this activity with my professional knowledge and my skills in environmental project management and local culture. We are a team of professional guides, with a lot of experience behind us, each specialising in different areas. We cover different disciplines such as: geology, biology, photography, marine biology. Furthermore, we are of different nationalities, which makes us even more valuable and versatile.

“Private Tour St. Maximum Basilica and Cave”
Amazing day with Nathalie! She picked us up from the train station and off we went to the mountain where we hiked 40 minutes uphill until we reached the cave where Mary Magdeline lived the last 30 years of her life. You need appropraite shoes and be somewhat fit to do this. Nathalie hiked with us as well and provided great info about the cave, area, etc. The grotto has an active church inside and many people make pilgrimages here. Very moving. Once we descended we went into the town of St. Baume and had lunch and then toured the Basicilica of St Maximin where we viewed the relic of Mary Magdeleine. Can't say enough good things about how communicative Nathalie was during the entire booking process and during the day of our tour. Her price reflects the one on one attention and level of expertise of the area. Nathalie offers other tours of Provence and if we ever get the opportunity to return we will defiently give her a call!

“Nathalie Rocks!!!”
Oh my. We thought we knew what we wanted to see in Provence and THEN Nat had ideas about additional adventures and experiences. Her suggestions were always excellent. She is knowledgeable, flexible and so very kind - and a GREAT sense of humor. We were a group of 6 with varying degrees of mobility and travel experience so flexibility was essential. I highly recommend you book your adventures with Nat.

“Wonderful Tour of Aix-en-Provence, Cassis and Marseille with Nathalie”
We just spent an amazing day visiting Aix-en-Provence, Cassis and Marseille with Nathalie. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, vivacious and absolutely delightful with a great sense of humour. My whole family loved her. Based on our requests, she planned the perfect itinerary. She was waiting for us at the Marseilles port terminal when we arrived by boat, and whisked us off in her very comfortable Mercedes van to her beautiful home town of Aix-en-Provence. She showed us all the charming sights and helped us buy some locally crafted hand painted clay figurines in the Christmas markets, She also kindly helped us buy essential pharmacy items we needed. Our next stop was Cassis, where she took us to a breathtakingly beautiful view at Cap Canille, followed by a wonderful bouillabaisse lunch at a fantastic restaurant on the waterfront (my husband’s request). As we wound our way back to Marseille, she took us to Notre Dame de la Garde, Vieux Port and numerous other lovely sights. She delivered us back to port in excellent time. We will treasure this wonderful day we spent with Nathalie.
