- In the splendor historical city hall you can admire pictures of the royal Landshut wedding of 1475. Created 1880, this paintings are from the artists of King Ludwig II of Bavaria and will take you back to the Middle Ages with dukes, princesses and knights.
Historical City Center
The historical city center of Landshut is one of the best preserved middle age city centers of Europe. Without any damages during world war II, the city center with its gabled house is unique in the world. During the performance of the royal Landshut wedding 1475 this is the place, where the wedding trail takes places, with more than 2.500 persons in historical costumes.
St. Martins's Church
In St. Martin, the church with the highest tower build of bricks in the world, the original wedding 1475 took place. This Gothic building with its works of art of the Middle Ages, the glas windows and the breathtaking vaulted ceiling inspires everyone.
