The Church of Our Lady of Buda Castle (Matthias Church) has a prominent role in the past and present. We may visit it, and I tell you briefly its history and show the most interesting places there.
The Fisherman’s Bastion is the panoramic viewing terrace with fairy tale towers, offering wonderful view to Margit island and the yellow Margit bridge, as well to the iconic building of the House of Parliament.
It is a big, central square with nice houses, palaces. These days a big reconstruction of the buildings is continued. On the left side is the former building of the Red Cross Society and then it housed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and next to it is the Headquarters of Hungarian Defense Forces.

Funicular is a funicular railway in the city of Budapest. It links the Adam Clark Square and the Széchenyi Chain Bridge at river level to Buda Castle above.
