Meeting Point

Heroes' Square
We will start the tour at this iconic central location, where you'll discover the iconic statues of the Seven Chieftains of the Magyars and learn about Hungary's rich history. You will be impressed by the Monument commemorating the 1000 years of the foundation of the country, as well as the remarkable museums that surround the square, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Palace of Art.
House of Music
Following a short walk in the park, we will reach the stunning House of Music, a small but wonderful marvel from world famous architect Sou Fujumoto. We will have the opportunity to enter the building and discover this modern gem.
Franz Liszt's appartment
Walking down the Unesco World Heritage Andrássy avenue, we reach the last flat where Franz Liszt lived. The place is now a museum that we will briefly visit.
Opera House
Further down on the Andrássy avenue we now reach the flamboyant building of the State Opera House. We will join a 60 minutes long guided tour which walks you through this absolutely fantastic building, a true architectural jewel of the end of the 19th century.
St. Stephen's Basilica
Walking from the Opera we will pass by the center of the town, experience the buzzing atmosphere of the city. We'll stop in front of the magnificent St Stephen's Basilica, which regularly hosts organ concerts. We will enjoy the stunning view of the building and then make our way towards the Danube.
Vigadó Concert Hall
We will end our tour in front of this stunning neoclassical building located right on the bank of the Danube, offering unmatched panorama to the Buda side of the town.

- The tour includes the visit of the Franz Liszt Museum as well as the official guided tour of the Opera House - the access is really dependent on availability, so you are advised to reserve in advance as early as possible.

The Great Synagogue Tour of Budapest
We are going to visit the Jewish Quarter and the Dohány Street Synagogue and its interior. We will see the Raoul Wallenberg Park- Holocaust Memorial Park with the Tree of Life and the Temple of Heroes (outside visit), the Rumbach Synagogue (outside visit), the Carl Lutz Memorial. In the Orthodox Jewish Quarter we will see the Kazinczy Street Synagogue (inside visit) and finally have a typical Jewish cake and coffee in a Jewish confectionary.
