“The perfect guide”
We spent 4 days with Keely as our guide and I couldn't be happier with our choice. She created a great itinerary based on some discussion of our interests and was more than willing to make changes on the fly. She helped us feel at ease being in a new country with a language barrier and was a genuinely nice person. I couldn't recommend her more.
“Keely was Amazing”
She took care of our transportation needs and we had a lot of luggage, a wheelchair and a scooter. We had lost a piece of luggage and she got ahold of the airline and tracked it down. Always early and delivered everything she promised.
“Like visiting Tokyo with a long-time friend”
We booked Keely at the last minute after rebooking our flights into Japan to avoid a typhoon. And we are thrilled that we explored the city with Keely! She was full of ideas and new places for us to check out - from a unique bar to old-school arcades and food districts that weren't on our radar on previous trips to Tokyo. And we learned so much from our tour! Keely clearly has a passion for learning about Japanese culture. She even helped us learn some Japanese - as well as explained the pronunciation of words we've been saying incorrectly. The day felt like we were exploring a city with a long-time friend that'd moved to Tokyo.
