Are you a bird lover? Or are you developing an interest in birding?- I got you sorted. Nairobi National park is a habitat to over 520 bird species, so we will definitely see many birds.

Meeting Point
At your preferred location, hotel or airport.
- The driver/guide is always 30 minutes early before the meeting time. - The professional guide will then contact you to let you know that he/she has arrived at the pickup location.
Nairobi national park
- As soon as we pick you up at you location, we will head straight to the National park.
- Here, we are going to connect with nature since we will enjoy seeing the different species of birds in their habitats.
- We are going to start off the bird watching session as soon as we are in the national park
We are going to cover the dry forest area; where we will be on the look out for bird species from the family- Pycnonotidae, Turdidae, Columbidae among others.
Next we will pay a visit to the dams and wetlands where we will see the birds from Scolopacidae, Anatidae, Ciconiidae and others.
We will then visit the grassland ecosystem where we will see birds from Otididae, Struthionidae, Ardeidae, Motacillidae, Laniidae and Fringillidae.
- we will alight the vehicle at the designated picnic points so that we can stretch out legs and so that we can have toilet breaks as we look for birds while on foot.
Note: The guide will do a live- species record of the bird species seen and heard.
A report will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp for your own record keeping.

Tour Important Information
- Please carry binoculars, sun screen, a hat and wear comfortable shoes because we will have short walks in the park as we birdwatch on foot.
- Also carry some snacks and drinking water will be provided for you.

We had an amazing tour with one of Saidi’s best guides, Mr. Kivitu. He was a great guide and driver— punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area. We got to see 10 animals up close and even caught a group of lions feasting on a zebra. The vehicle was comfortable and spacious, with a pop-up roof so we could stand and take great photos. Mr. Kivitu’s expertise and thoughtful guiding made the tour unforgettable. Highly recommend!
