Gyeongju Tour Reviews

Awesome!!

I would very highly recommend Peter. We actually stayed in Gyeongju and he was really flexible with timing and met us there. We toured the tomb complex and he drove us to Bulguksa temple (so nice because the bus takes a lot longer! It was a big plus to have his perspective- He was able to share so much with us about the history of the place and how practice of Buddhism is alive now. He was super patient with the pace we needed to keep for my 8 year old daughter and even went out of the way to take us to a market and help me find a certain fruit I was looking for. Thank you Peter w what a great time!!!

The most enjoyable private tour

Sean went over and beyond in accommodating our group of 8 and he was able to secure a mini bus during peak season. He was very responsive during the planning and made suggestions to make our itinerary efficient. His enthusiasm during the tour was delightful and it seemed that he enjoyed his day with us too. My mom has been looking for a hot stone bowl meal and Sean made a lunch reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant (the best authentic Korean meal I've had during the trip). He also kindly made a reservation for our dinner before he dropped us off at the end of the tour. This was very helpful as there are few restaurants near our hotel and he was able to order for us in advance. Sean was flexible with the itinerary and thought it better to bring us to the Gyeongju National Museum even though we only had about 30 minutes before closing time. The museum is not originally part of the itinerary. He knew that our family would appreciate seeing the actual relics that were found in the Daereungwon tomb complex. Though the tour was already beyond the supposed number of hours, Sean was so kind to still show us the Woljeonggyo Bridge since I mentioned during planning that I would like to witness the architecture at night (we already visited it at midday). It was a very luck end of tour too as we all witnessed the full moon that seemed larger than usual. Thank you Sean for your generosity and lively spirit!

Thank you for your wonderful comment. I’m so glad your family enjoyed the 1,000-year-old ancient city of Gyeongju. The luckiest and loveliest family! I hope to see you again soon.

Very good guide tour to historical Gyeongju

Good organized tour and excellent explainations. We spent a lovely day by discovering Gyeongju. Peter speaks a very good English and is very professional.
