Yomggungsa Temple

The Portrait of Putai marking the start of the 108-step stairway leading into the main temple site is stained with handprints because of the rumor that touching the belly of the beloved Buddhist deity in this portrait can make women bear and give birth to sons.

Haeundae-beach

Haeundae Beach is the most famous beach in Busan. The white sand beach is roughly 1.5 kilometers long, over a 30- to 50-meter wide area, creating a beautiful coastline before a shallow bay, making it perfect for swimming. People flock to Haeundae Beach every summer. All kinds of accommodations from luxury hotels to private guesthouses have developed in the area around the beach, making this the perfect summer vacation spot. Nurimaru APEC House

Located on Dongbaekseom Island, an island of camellia trees, Nurimaru APEC House was the venue for the 2005 APEC Summit. Since then, it has been used as a memorial hall and a conference center. This three-story building is a contemporary recreation of a traditional Korean pavilion. The roof is inspired by the slope of Dongbaekseom Island, while the interior design features visual representations of traditional Korean culture. The terrace provides a great view of the Oryukdo Islets, Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and Dalmaji Hill. Visitors to Nurimaru APEC House can enjoy both the beauty of nature and the contemporary design of the building.

Gwangalli Beach

Gwangalli Beach is known for its breathtaking night view Gwangandaegyo Bridge stretching across the ocean in the background. Gwangalli Beach offers a variety of entertainment and performances, including Gwangan Bridge laser shows (Friday & Saturday) and drone light shows. Enjoy in all seasons, including the annually held Busan Fireworks Festival.

Hwangnyeongsan Mountain for city view

Hwangnyeongsan Mountain offers a lush green forest easily accessible from downtown Busan. The mountain is popular for hiking, as well as taking in the nightscape. The mountain stretches across Busanjin-gu, Nam-gu, and Suyeong-gu districts, and with an altitude of 427 meters, it is the second tallest mountain in the Geumnyeon Mountain Range.

Songdo beach and cable car.

Busan Air Cruise offers a total of 39 cable cars, including 13 crystal cabins, that run 1.62 km between Songnim Park in the eastern part and Amnam Park in the western part of Songdo Beach. Gamcheon Culture Village is often known as the "Machu Picchu if Korea" The houses on the terraced hillside, labyrinth-like alleyways and stamp tour will make you want to visit the village again and again.

Jagalchi Market

Jagalchi Market is famous for the slogan, "Come, See, and Buy." It is a place where you can feel the unique freindliness of Busan. A selected fish can be sliced on the spot for you to eat raw. Watching a flopping fish cleaned into sliced raw fish is in itself an amazing scene. Jagalchi Market is a must-see place for tourists.
