Highlights of Busan

Dylan organized our day with his tour guide Jake. Our day was spent visiting the popular Buddhist temple, a ride up the cable car, a walk on the suspension bridge, Gamcheon Cultural Village,a visit to the International marketplace and fish market, and ended at the Momo coffee roastery. Jake was EXCEPTIONAL in sharing his knowledge of the city, its culture and the importance of change over the years as it redeveloped after the Korean War. Thanks for an AMAZING day Jake.

Excellent service from start to finish!

We were absolutely dazzled by our short trip to Busan in the rain, and it's all thanks to our guide! We booked with guide Dylan's team and had the pleasure to meet with guide Finn. He was a star! We arrived in Busan during an active typhoon in Japan, so the weather was rainy and dull for the most part, and became extremely windy later on in certain areas, but from the comfort of Finn's car and his guidance, we didn't feel we missed out on anything Busan had to offer. From the first time visitors in my group, to many who had been once before on a cruise, to myself who visited for the 4th time - we all had completely new experiences in the city! We had great fun learning about the history of Busan, the local culture and industries, and were impressed by Finn's knowledge of foreign countries. He even told us he recently guided a popular actor from the UK where our group is from! He accommodated our entire group perfectly, even finding vegan and vegetarian food for my mother and grandmother. We especially loved stopping in the Hanok cafe as our 2nd stop as it was really idyllic in the rain, and their coffee and tea choices were sublime. The itinerary was flexible and we were able to finish several planned stops quite early, especially spending less time on the beach due to the weather, so instead of ending the tour early, Finn was able to suggest visiting the Maritime Museum as a final stop on the fly. As none of us had been, we said yes and proceeded to have a great end to the tour! He drove us back and checked thoroughly to find a lost item our group left behind. With his provision of water and umbrellas for us to use, we felt his service was top notch!

Dear Evan, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartwarming and detailed review of your recent trip to Busan! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that despite the rainy weather and the typhoon passing through, your family had a completely new and magical experience in our city. I have shared your wonderful compliments with Finn and Dylan. Finn was so touched and delighted to hear that you, your mother, and your grandmother all felt perfectly looked after. He also fondly remembers your group and mentioned how much he enjoyed sharing stories about Busan’s history, culture, and your shared connection to the UK! Knowing that you felt well-cared for from start to finish is the greatest reward for our team. Whether it is your 1st visit or your 5th, Busan will always have something new to show you. We truly hope to welcome you and your lovely family back to South Korea again in the future!
