* From ICN to Seoul: Meet your chauffeur at the designated pick-up area in the arrivals terminal. Look for your name signage or contact your chauffeur via provided details.
* From Seoul to ICN: Be ready at your accommodation or specified pick-up point at the agreed-upon time to avoid delays.
* You’ll receive your driver’s contact information ahead of your transfer. This allows you to easily coordinate pick-up times and locations, especially helpful if there are any last-minute adjustments.
* The journey between Seoul and ICN generally takes 60–90 minutes but can vary with traffic conditions. Plan accordingly and allow extra time for check-in, especially for international flights.
* Check the luggage policy when booking, as there may be limits based on the vehicle. If you have oversized or additional luggage, inform your provider in advance for a comfortable fit.
* If your arrival flight is delayed, just let us know. We monitor flights to adjust pick-up times, ensuring a smooth transition even with schedule changes.
