I received a license in 2016 from the Korea Tourism Organization as a qualified professional tour guide. I have guided a variety of tours for people and tourists from all over the world and have been doing so for over 9 years. Before being a tour guide I spent most of my career working in the banking industry for almost 30 years, starting with Korea First Bank which later became a US based Newbridge Capital and UK based Standard Chartered Bank until I retired in 2016. My experience in the banking industry was very much customer-first and dealing with the public which laid the cornerstone and passion to becoming a tour guide. After retiring from the bank, I worked as a lecturer for a volunteering organization run by the local public office and taught students about the environment and disabilities. With various experiences and personal management skills, these challenges have provided a real life, hands on cultural nuances which will promote friendship and expand life experiences between different cultures. “Amazing Day in Seoul with Sally”
Sally provided us with an incredible tour four our family of 4 on our first day in Seoul. Sally was communicating with me before we left for Korea, confirming the logistics, and working to personalize our upcoming experience. She met us promptly at our hotel, helped our family set up a full-day taxi rental (it was a rainy day so very needed) , and guided us ALL over the city. She made sure we saw so much of Seoul’s history, culture, food, cafe culture and shopping all in one day! Sally was so knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful as well. She even sent us pictures she had taken of our family, as well as recommendations for the rest of our Korea trip. This experience was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend Sally for your Seoul experience!

“Incredible VIP tour”
Thomas is an expert on Seoul and Korean history. He was cery efficient in getting us to different destination. He has a true love for Korea and Korean history, which made the tour even more special. “Kevin is the best! Ask for him!”
Kevin kicked us up at our hotel around 8 for a full day DMZ tour for six of us. He is a wonderful driver (can fit in any size space), and very knowledgeable about everything. He was so accommodating and honored all of our requests. He’s also a great picture taker. He was on time and knew the answer to every question. He’s the man! On the way home, my husband’s foot was bothering him and Kevin called up the urgent care near our hotel and dropped him off. At an orthopedic urgent care, which we never would have known to do. That was so helpful! I would highly recommend him!!!
