Mosta Rotunda
Begin our tour in the heart of Mosta with a visit to the iconic Mosta Rotunda, a neoclassical church that dominates the town’s skyline. Built in the 19th century, it’s known for its striking dome and the remarkable WWII incident when a bomb pierced the roof during mass but didn’t explode. Just beside the church, explore the underground WWII air-raid shelters—narrow tunnels that offer a glimpse into civilian life during the war. A powerful start to your journey.
Medieval Mdina
Stroll through the narrow, winding streets of Mdina, Malta’s former capital and a masterpiece of medieval architecture. Known as the “Silent City,” Mdina offers a peaceful walking experience, with elegant palaces, quiet alleys, and stunning views from its bastion walls.
