Royal Palace of Fez
Royal palace or (Palais royal in Frensh)
The Dar al-Makhzen or Royal Palace of Fez is the official residence of the King of Morocco Mohamed 6 when he comes to Fes. Its original foundation dates back to the foundation of Fes el-Jdid under the Marinid dynasty, in 1276 CE.
Jewish quarter or Mellah
Just next to the Palace, mellah is a Jewish quarter in Fez. It was built by the Marinid dynasty between 13th and 15th century with a unique jewish arquitecture .
MADRASA BOUANANIA
MADRASA BOUANANIA is a coranic school built between 1350 et 1355 by a Marinid sultan called Abou 'Inan Faris.
We can also visit an other and older one built by his uncle called

Mausoléu of Moulay Idriss II
Zawiya of Moulay Idris II
The Zawiya of Moulay Idris II is a shrine, mosque and mausoléu in the heart of the Medina . It contains the tomb of Idris II, who ruled Morocco from 808 to 828 and is considered the main founder of the Medina of Fes.

The University of al-Qarawiyyin, also written Al-Karaouine or Al Quaraouiyine, is a university located in Fez, Morocco. It was founded as a mosque by Fatima al-Fihri in 857–859 and subsequently became one of the leading spiritual and educational centers of the Islamic Golden Age.
Chouara Tannery
Chouara neighbhood has been around since the 11th century. The dyes used in the tannery pits are natural: Blue comes from indigo; red, from poppy or paprika; yellow, from saffron, pomegranate, or even a mix of turmeric and mimosa flowers.
