4 Days Experience the Best of New Zealand's North

DAY 1: Meeting. Drive to Waitomo Cave and Hobbiton Movie Set

We take you for a magical underground experience, drive south to Waitomo Caves, where the natural beauty of stalactites and stalagmites lit by the blue light of glowworms will take your breath away; The easiest way to see the Waitomo Caves is with a walking or boat tour. Visit the sides of further natural wonders, including the beautiful Marokopa Falls and limestone Mangapohue Natural bridge. In the afternoon, explore the home of Middle-earth, New Zealand. Discover the landscapes, film locations and tours of The Lord of the Rings. We stay near Cambridge (The hotel is NOT included in the costing)
DAY 2: Drive to Rotorua
You can stroll to the Blue Springs in the morning before reaching Rotorua by midday. Sitting within the Pacific Rim of Fire, Rotorua is a geothermal wonderland with bubbling mud pools, clouds of steam, and natural hot springs perfect for bathing and relaxing in. After marvelling at the distinctive landscapes and volcanic activity within a geothermal park. Learning about our Māori culture is an integral part of life in New Zealand, influencing everything from cuisine to customs and language. We stay in Rotorua (The hotel is NOT included in the costing)
DAY 3: Visit a Geothermal Park and Lake Taupo
Walk through one of our colourful geothermal attractions, an area where the landscape has been sculptured by geothermal activity and where unique volcanic features can be viewed from well-defined tracks. After midday, we take you on a cruise at Lake Taupō, the largest freshwater lake in the Southern Hemisphere, roughly the same size as Singapore. The lake is stunningly beautiful, with it's its sapphire waters. We stay in Rotorua (The hotel is NOT included in the costing)
DAY 4: Visit Hamilton and Zealong Tea Estate
The city of Hamilton is nestled on the banks of the mighty Waikato River and is known for its walks and gardens. A botanic garden like no other, Hamilton Gardens is a 58-hectare world of horticultural skill and imagination. Zealong is the only commercial tea estate in NZ producing 100% award-winning organic tea. Zealong Tea Estate is the perfect location for a gourmet lunch before heading to Auckland.
