Hello! I'm Jacky GONG (贡文), a licensed bilingual (English/Chinese) private guide in Hangzhou and an **Official Docent at the Zhejiang Provincial Museum** — a credential held by very few guides in the city. After 15 years as an IT engineer, I became a full-time guide, and I've now hosted 500+ travelers from more than 13 countries. I specialize in deeply customized cultural experiences: decoding the hidden stories of the Southern Song Dynasty, exploring ancient temples like Lingyin, and weaving classical Chinese poetry into the landscape of West Lake. I'm also a passionate hiker with 15 years on Hangzhou's mountain trails. I guide guests away from the crowds to hidden gems — from pristine tea plantations in Longjing to off-the-beaten-path routes in the Western Hills. As a 240-hour visa-free transit specialist, I handle airport pickup and the logistics, so your day runs seamlessly. Every tour includes private transportation in a spacious, premium SUV, tailored 100% to your pace and interests. Let's skip the tourist traps and create an unforgettable, authentic Hangzhou journey together. Welcome to my hometown!

Hi, I'm Koko— Osaka tour guide, Japanese teacher, local foodie, and a mom who loves exploring the city with kids! With over 12 years of experience in language education, I know how to make communication smooth and fun. Having traveled to around 30 countries and lived or studied in five—the US, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, and Australia—I deeply understand global cultures and what travelers truly look for. Along the way, I've made friends all over the world, and I've had the joy of showing many of them around my hometown, Osaka. When I travel, I love looking beyond tourist spots to connect with locals. That passion is what I bring to every tour: not just showing you around, but making you feel like you're exploring Osaka with a close friend—taking you to places you'd never find on your own. - What a day with me feels like We'll go where locals go—big sights if you want, but also the streets tourists usually miss. We'll eat like Osakans, not tourists: cozy local spots, real soul food, maybe a local supermarket or a quiet café for tea and sweets. - Traveling with kids? Bring them along—I'd love that! As a mom myself, I know what it's like to travel with little ones. Family bookings are always welcome, and I love planning days that keep both parents and kids happy. - Let's plan your day I have a few tour styles ready to go, but I love building something custom too. Whether you have a few hours, half a day, or a full day, we can shape the time together. Tell me your interests, pace, or travel style, and I'll create a day that fits you. Let's make your time in Osaka feel less like sightseeing—and more like coming home. Come meet Osaka like you already have a friend here!

Machi S.
Hello, my name is Machiko! I was born in raised in Kanagawa Prefecture but also lived for 12 years in the United States. While living in California, many people showed me kindness and helped me to adjust to living abroad. Now that I am back in Japan, I want to "pay it forward" and return that kindness by sharing my local knowledge of Kanagawa to visitors from abroad. In Japanese, we have a word, "omotenashi", which means "hospitality". It is an important part of our culture to welcome our guests with warmth and sincerity. I can speak both English and Japanese, so I want to be more than just a personal tour guide; I want to help bridge our cultures, with respect and understanding, while sharing the beauty and local charms of Japan. Please consider me and we can explore my corner of Japan to learn about the culture, food and history of my home together!

I have been leading professional tours since 2016, following my time at Culloden Battlefield where I specialized in demonstrations of traditional Highland weaponry and clothing. As a native of Caithness from the Far-North, I am deeply passionate about my heritage—particularly clan history, tartans, and single malt whisky. I take great pride in wearing traditional Highland dress, including my family tartan and blue bonnet, as we explore Scotland's magnificent scenery together. Based in Inverness, I am well-acquainted with our Highland routes, popular landmarks, and hidden gems. Whether we are visiting the iconic Loch Ness, the ancient Clava Cairns, the historic Culloden Battlefield, the newly renovated Inverness Castle, or venturing further to the magical Isle of Skye, the world-renowned distilleries of Speyside, dramatic Glencoe, or the stunning Outer Hebrides, I look forward to sharing our culture and legendary stories with you. I look forward to welcoming you soon.

Hello, I'm João. I was born in Coimbra, and I have a degree in Anthropology, and master's degree in Cultural heritage, management and programming. I am a certified guide. I love meeting new people and helping them get to know my country better. If you enjoy history and want to learn more about our culture and traditions, I think my tours are the best choice for you. I work mainly in the city of Coimbra, and around. I am based in Coimbra region, but I am also available for tours in Lisbon, Aveiro, or Porto. I will be happily suggesting you a full customized tour in these 3 cities. Please send me a request, just customize your request. This is just a suggestion, but If you are very interested in history and would like to take an original tour in Lisbon, we can visit various archaeological sites in Lisbon (such as Roman cisterns, city walls, and Iron Age neighborhoods), sometimes walking through unexpected places, such as shopping malls or under hotels, banks, churches, and even bathrooms (public, clean)... History is where you least expect it. Thank you!

I was born and raised in Eric Eira, a coastal village located approximately 45 minutes from Lisbon. I pursued my academic studies in Audiovisual Communication in Lisbon and currently reside in the city. With a strong passion for sports and outdoor activities, I have a deep connection to the ocean. I practice bodyboarding regularly and enjoy spending time in nature, including multi-day trekking experiences. These interests have shaped my appreciation for both Lisbon’s coastal identity and its surrounding landscapes. I have been working as a professional tour guide since 2014. My career began following a transformative overland journey from England to Guinea-Bissau with my partner (now my wife) and close friends. This experience reinforced my vocation for communication, cultural exchange, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Upon returning to Lisbon, I recognized the emerging potential of tuk-tuk tourism within the city. I saw this as an opportunity to combine my passion for Lisbon with a dynamic and people-oriented profession. Since then, I have been continuously active in the industry, providing personalized and engaging tour experiences.

Hello and welcome! I have been living in Kamakura for about seven years, just a short five-minute walk from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. I truly love this city for its unique combination of historic temples, peaceful nature, and traditional streets. One of my favorite hobbies is walking around Kamakura with my camera and capturing everyday scenes of the town. I enjoy discovering small streets, quiet temples, and scenic viewpoints. I use a Sony α7CII camera and enjoy helping visitors capture beautiful and memorable photos of their trip. I also run twice a week in the morning, often along Kamakura’s hiking trails or by Yuigahama Beach. Because of this, I am very familiar with many walking routes and hidden paths in the area. If you enjoy nature, hiking, or longer walks, I would be happy to guide you through some of Kamakura’s beautiful spots. I graduated from a university in the United States and continue to use English regularly in my work and through international exchange events. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and sharing the charm of Kamakura in English. During our tour, I hope to show you not only famous places such as the Great Buddha and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, but also the relaxing atmosphere, nature, and everyday beauty of Kamakura. I would also be happy to help you take great photos so you can bring home wonderful memories of your trip. I look forward to exploring Kamakura together with you!

Jun M.
Hello! I'm Jun, your adventure travel guide. My fascination with the nature of Kyushu began when I was a child and my parents took me to the beautiful Aso mountains and their vast green grasslands. That view remains my starting point to this day. Having been born and raised in Kyushu and having studied its nature, history, and culture, I will guide you to the "real Kyushu" that you won't find in guidebooks. From the majestic volcanic landscapes of Aso to the mystical gorges of Takachiho and the hot spring–rich lands of Beppu, Kyushu is alive with breathtaking natural wonders around every corner. It's the history and culture of the people who have lived alongside this nature that make this place truly special. My tours offer more than just scenic views. Through interactions with locals, experiences of traditional food culture, and activities in nature, I deliver journeys where you can experience Kyushu with your whole being. Only by learning how the land was formed, hearing from the people who live here, and setting foot on the land yourself will you have a truly memorable experience. Over the past several years, I have gained experience leading mountain hiking and rural walking tours as a registered outdoor guide of Oita. I have completed Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA) training. Come discover Kyushu's charm with me and create a memory that will stay with you forever!

Hello, my name is Maki. I’m a licensed English-speaking tour guide based in Nagoya. Discover Nagoya through the eyes of someone who understands both Japan and what it feels like to be an outsider. Having lived in Poland, I know what it feels like to enter a new culture and want to understand not only what you see, but also the stories, values, and ideas behind it. That is what I love about guiding. In my tours, I connect Nagoya’s history with the Japan you can see today. We might explore the legacy of the samurai and the Tokugawa family, discover traditional craftsmanship, visit historic sites and shrines, or talk about how Nagoya’s culture of precision and discipline connects to modern industry and Toyota. I also love introducing the everyday side of Nagoya — from local food traditions such as miso and sake to places and stories that you might otherwise miss. My tours are not simply about visiting famous sights. I want you to understand why Nagoya became the city it is today, and how the history and mindset of the past still shape Japan today. Whether this is your first visit to Japan or you have traveled here before, I’ll tailor the experience to your interests, pace, and curiosity. I hope you’ll leave Nagoya with great memories, a deeper understanding of Japan, and a few unexpected “wow” moments along the way. I would be delighted to show you my Nagoya.

Hi, I’m Hitomi. I was born and raised on a small, beautiful island in Japan. Growing up there has instilled in me a deep appreciation for beautiful places and an insatiable curiosity about the world. After working in the private sector in Tokyo for many years, I transitioned into a national government tour guide in 2017. Volunteering at the golf course during the 2021 Tokyo Olympics was an absolute blast! I’ve had the privilege of leading a wide range of tours, from visits to shrines and temples to immersive experiences in anime, pop culture, food tasting, geisha experiences, and Japanese calligraphy. These tours have taken place at some incredible locations within and around Tokyo. I’m particularly passionate about showcasing the hidden gems of the Kanto region, including Tokyo, Saitama, and Nikko. In addition to my tour guiding, I’m also a Japanese Calligraphy master, having honed my skills since kindergarten. It brings me immense joy to share this rich Japanese culture with international guests, and I’m thrilled to continue sharing my passion for Japan with even more people!

I am a passionate local guide with extensive experience in Monaco and the French Riviera. I previously worked as a guide at the Prince’s Palace in Monaco and also conducted driving tours with a Monaco company, accompanying VIP clients across some of the most iconic destinations of the French Riviera and beyond, including Èze, Cannes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez and Sanremo. I have recently returned from one year of solo backpacking across South and Central America, an experience that deepened my understanding of travel, cultures, human connection and authentic experiences. Travel, for me, is not only about seeing places — it is about creating memorable moments, emotions and stories. I know how to make an experience unique, personal and special for each traveller, whether through hidden local insights, meaningful encounters, beautiful viewpoints, local culture, or simply adapting the tour to the guest’s personality and interests. Hello, my name is Sei, a tour guide of Hiroshima, aged 79, quite an old man. But don’t worry, I can compete with young men in walking. Since the beginning of the year 2023, I have given tours to roughly 900 groups,2700 tourists from overseas, I enjoy giving the tour at the two world cultural heritage sites in Hiroshima, the Miyajima Island with the magnificent shrine built over the sea, and the Atomic Bomb Dome in the Peace Memorial Park. Giving the tour at the Peace Park is more meaningful to me than other sites. The Peace Park is a place of thought-provoking. There, you will further strengthen your awareness of peace. Some day in the near future, I will be accompanying you in Hiroshima as your tour guide. Till then, by now.
