“5 Star experience. Totally recommended.”
We booked a full day private tour of the Sultanmet with Serkan for my family of 4. He hit all of the Istanbul Big 5 as we asked, the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topika Palace with Harem add-on, and Grand Bazaar. What surprised us was his efficiency. He got us the tickets without having to join the long cues, and headed straight for the best spots in each location for pictures. My kids were super impressed with his phone camera skills, he's got some neat skills. Didn't make us waste time shopping when we weren't interested. He's one of the best guides we've had travelling around the world.

Even though I travel and tell the same places with different people from all over the world, the feeling of traveling to the same places with different friends or different places with the same friends never goes away. Sharing my knowledge and empathizing with people makes me feel happy. I have friends from all over the world and this is the best part of this job. I love my job, I love history, I love people... Recently, I have been working as a mediator in order to make social use of the experience I have gained in this field and try to make a positive impact on the society I live in.
