We spent two truly unforgettable days in Istanbul. Yagmur, in addition to the expected most important historical monuments, also introduced us to her own Istanbul - wonderful places where you can feel the spirit of the local population, fantastic restaurants with even better food, but also small restaurants that are not on the main tourist routes, the traditional way of carpet production...
