Greetings from Japan! Are you excited to visit Japan? Are you curious about Japanese food? Please tell me what kind of things you are interested in.
To make your trip memorable, it’s nice to make your own plan, but it’s also a good idea to hire a professional guide and customize your trip. You can visit various places efficiently, the guide might know secret shortcuts, good places to eat, places that are off the beaten path, and you can always ask any questions that you are curious about, such as Japanese way of thinking, manners, experiences, etc.. I’m Aki, a licensed guide-interpreter. I’m happy to give a tour to help this visit be a memorable one for you!
Important
I usually do the guiding in Tokyo and Kawagoe, but I can guide you in Nikko and/or Hakone if you pay my transportation fee.

Aki san was always on time and could suggest places that is interesting. She will visit the locations that you have interest in beforehand to ensure your trip is as smooth as possible. She also makes the effort to interact with my toddlers which is very helpful at times.

I understand it’s extremely hard to travel with a toddler and a baby, and we also had a heavy rain day, which made your trip even more difficult. I tried to do the best I could, but I’m sorry we had to skip some of the destinations. Maybe we should have thought more about the balance between what you wanted to do and what you could actually do with taking children’s pace and energy into consideration. I enjoyed the company of your “kawaii” daughters, by the way;-) I hope they liked my “origami” toys. It was a long trip, so please take a good rest!

Aki was the best tour guide! From the moment I inquired of her availability, she was responsive, curious about our trip, and eager to help us have the best day—and she completely succeeded. She managed to do the impossible and pack 3-days’ worth of sight-seeing into one day, all accompanied by her charming personality, interesting factoids about Tokyo and Japanese history, and overall lovely demeanor. More than that, I really enjoyed your company and our conversation during the tour. I also felt this one-day trip would become a special one from the beginning. I’m glad you liked all my favorite places although we were a little too busy(^-^; Actually, there are more places I would like to take you to, so I’ll wait for you to come back! “A very nice tour...”
We had a very nice tour with Aki , she had listened very well what we like to see and do in Tokyo. She told us a lot of interesting things according typical japanese things. I really would recommend her.
