Josefov - Jewish Ghetto Tour
Prague is one of the oldest and most important Jewish centers in Central Europe. To be able to give a tour inside its Synagogues, the Old Jewish Cemetery, or the Shoah Memorial of Prague you have to be licensed by the Jewish Museum of Prague (which I am). Let me introduce you to this place full of history, mysticism, and ancient architecture.

Avoid the Crowds - Prague Castle and Hradčany tour
Not a fan of crowds? Let’s explore Prague in the afternoon and see the Prague Castle and Hradčany district in a different light. The tour can start from 3 p.m. onwards, after the Castle interiors close and tourists begin to leave. We'll still visit the most interesting parts of the Castle and its surroundings while learning about the fascinating history of this majestic place.
UNESCO Town Kutná Hora and "Bone Church" - half day trip
Kutná Hora – a medieval town near Prague. The journey to get there takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it’ll fly by. Kutná Hora is home to two cathedrals – yes, more than Prague has! However, the highlight is the ossuary, a chapel decorated entirely with human bones, which outshines even the cathedrals. The town is much calmer than Prague, offering a perfect compromise for a half-day trip where you can still see plenty of remarkable landmarks.

Our original guide Miriam was ill and couldn’t do the tour, but she arranged to have her colleague Bety guide the tour for us. Bety was very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough tour of the history of the area. It was a poignant experience for us.

Miriam used the Library & Hidden Neighborhood tour as a basis for a very personal experience. Communication with her eliminated going to spots we had been to in the days prior on other tours. Miriam became sick and arranged for Alzbeta to do our tour on a day's notice. She was one of the few licensed people that can get access into the restricted areas of Strahov library. Alzbeta was the most knowledgeable guide I've encountered in many years. She was also very personable, and we truly enjoyed the time spent. Some guides tend to recite a presentation, but Alzbeta shared stories with plenty of interaction. Highly recommend working with Miriam for a tour and visiting the inside of the Strahov library.
