We met near Ostuni in order to discover the history of olive oil production since roman time untill nowadays by confortable bikes. We cycle through an hostorical landscape with monunent thousand years old, historical masseria farm house where people produced the lamp olive oil, and how we produce nowadays so good extra virgin olive oil form the same plants. We will taste different extra virgin olive oil in order in a modern cooperative plant to understand how combine them with our meal.
