We vist Brindisi culture through its tipical food. Don't have a big breakfast before the meetup because we will have a lot of good local food. You will walk together with a local guide and discover authentic food shop as an underground bakery or an old greengrocer buyng and tasting just the best food.

Here we met to start the Gusta Brindisi Tour, and we start tasting a frisa with fresh tomato and extra virgin olive oil. An easy meal with an history hundred years old.
Panificio
We visit an underground bakery shop, where wood oven is warm since 1600 and still is used to produce focaccia, bread and cookie that you will taste as weel.
Piazza Mercato
Tonino the greengrocer is waiting for us in order to show his best fruit and vegetable. We will taste all that we get inspired.
Fish chef
We enjoy a box of local fried fish just make for us
Bar
It's time to have a coffe with a rustico made my hot tomato souce and mozzarella.
Salumeria
Now is the time to have something accompain by a glass of wine. So in this local delicatessen we taste local salami and cheese, extra virgin olive oil, some vegetable and a good glass of wine
