About Tour Guide Marta C.
Hi there! I'm Marta, a licensed tour guide with an Art degree and working as a freelance tour guide for about 7 years now.
After travelling to different countries for a while, I decided to come back and to help other travellers to get to know the real Andalucia so their time here turns into an unforgettable experience.
Baeza and Úbeda, the cities where I live and work at, are two hidden gems away from the tourist crowds . Their historical and architectural relevance got them the recognition as World Heritage Cities by the Unesco in 2003 and are the perfect destination for those who love to go beyond.
I can't wait to meet you!
Important
I can pick you up in your hotel in both Ubeda or Baeza, only if the hotel is in the Old Town. Otherwise, we should arrange a convenient meeting point.

Baeza: Frontier land walking tour
Baeza is located at a crossroads that for more than 250 years separated the Christian territories from the Muslim ones. That is why the nobility and the clergy settle in these lands chasing the glory and wealth that war brings. A tour to understand an exciting period of our history in an incomparable setting.

This is a tour through its History, arquitecture and its people, so you can get to know the past and present of Úbeda. Let's explore it together!

Manu B.
Hello! My name is Manu. I am master architect, master in Historical Construction Techniques and licenced guide. I studied architecture in Granada and during the degree I also worked as urban photography teacher and editor in an arts magazine. I finished in 2015 and I did an internship in Yokohama National University in Japan. After that I worked for the University of Castilla La Mancha, where I did some restorations and started working with heritage architecture. With COVID pandemic I started painting realism focused works, from domestic elements that in 2025 led me to be selected in the National Realism Museum of Almeria as one of the 24 most representative young realist painters in the country. In 2018 I started my own architecture studio and got an official guiding licence complemented with the official guiding licence of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba I obtained in 2023. So since then I work running my own projects and collaborating with different companies while showing the Andalusian architecture , heritage, history and urbanism in the cities of Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga and Cádiz. So if you are travelling to Andalucia it will be a pleasure to guide you around these cities!
