“A wonderful few hours”
We had booked a 4 / 5 hour walking tour of the Asian side of Istanbul with Tunahan O and the best thing I could possibly say about him is that if I’m ever back in Istanbul again I will 100% be booking another tour with him. The tour itself was wonderful and an eye opener as to how different the Asian side is in comparison to the madness of old town Istanbul and being brought on the local ferries and buses made it feel more authentic than other tours that use taxis or minibuses. All in all we had fantastic day with Tunahan O and would recommend everyone to book a tour with him .

“Informative way to see what many tourists miss out on”
My journey through the Anatolia side of Istanbul with Tunahan was absolutely fantastic. The weather may have been patchy with rain, but armed with an umbrella, he helped me load a travel card and we travelled by train (under the Bosphorus!), bus, ferry and tram. Tunahan pointed out numerous places of interest along our way, as we patted cats, drank real Turkish coffee and even stopped for a few souvenirs. As I wanted to visit the archaeological museum, Tunahan also assist with tickets. Friendly, informative and a wealth of information, I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Thank you Tunahan.

“Two very happy seniors”
We booked Tunahan for a daytrip from Galataport where our Viking cruise ship overnighted in Istanbul. He was wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend him. He kept us informed through texts and we met him at the port terminal easily. We wanted to travel to Asia by public transportation and Tunahan was masterly in shepherding through various modes of transport: tram, ferry and subway. The efficient system got us to where we wanted to be with little time spent waiting. We visited the Asia neighborhoods of Uskudar and Kadikoy and felt we were a world away from the bustle of old town. We visited during the day and suspect these neighborhoods become quite a bit more animated later in the day. Tunahan adapted to our preferred leisurely pace, and we felt we got to see the best parts of both neighborhoods. I let Tunahan know we wanted a break about halfway through our 4-hour tour. The extremely resourceful Tunahan provided a superb recommendation as he has rated all the cafes and restaurants he has visited throughout his city. It was pleasant to sit in the coffeehouse and enjoy sweets and tea while chatting with Tunahan and people watching. Tunahan is an approachable, friendly, bright young man who speaks excellent English. He had an in-depth knowledge and shared the information without being drawn out on details unless you wanted them. Tunahan's wit and desire for us to enjoy the experience is what made this excursion perfect.

Ozzy A.
Hi, I’m Ozzy. For the past ten years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of calling the vibrant streets, ancient trails, and hidden corners of Turkey my 'office.' As a professional tour guide, my work has never been just a job to me—it is a lifelong passion. I’ve always believed that a great journey isn't just about seeing new places; it’s about how those places make you feel. That’s why I approach every tour with a strong sense of empathy, tailoring the experience to the unique energy and rhythm of the people I’m leading. I don't just want to show you the sights; I want to make sure you feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and connected throughout our journey. Deeply rooted in my homeland, I have a profound love for Turkey’s rich history, diverse landscapes, and warm, hospitable culture. There is a distinct joy in sharing our traditions, the stories behind our ancient ruins, and the perfect spot for a genuine Turkish coffee with travelers from all walks of life. Over the last decade, I’ve guided hundreds of stories, turned strangers into lifelong friends, and perfected the art of authentic storytelling. Whether we are exploring the chaotic beauty of Istanbul or chasing sunsets in Cappadocia, my goal remains the same: to guide you not just as a professional, but as a trusted local brother and friend who ensures you experience the true heart of Turkey.
