A place for weddings, political discussions, galas and graduations, the building itself is alive and has gathered a repertoire of stories . Visit the Blue Hall , in fact, not blue and how many council members meet .
Winding our way down the cobblestone streets , we pick up one of the public ferries to Djurgarden island.
