“Guide never arrived”
We were expecting guide, but he didn't showed up and haven't contacted us here later, and we recofirmed meeting point yesterday - our hotel name and address. Kindy ask you to issue refund for this tour

Dear friends; Customers didn't show up at 09:00 at the hotel lobby on April 16th at Eslite Hotel. We can call the tour coordinator and can't get a response. We wait until 10:00 and leave. To protect the interest of both parties, we have taken a waiting picture with car and watermarked with date and time.. We have reported the issues to GoWithGuide emergency team with emai . “Wonderful Day!!!”
We had an amazing day with Donna. She was such a caring and knowledgeable guide. She even had to make some changes to our itinerary on the day of our tour due to an injury that I had, and she was so understanding. Our exciting day included painting and releasing a lantern in a picturesque little town, enjoying a delicious Taiwanese lunch at the most popular restaurant in Taipei, sightseeing in the city, touring museums, and visiting a night market. Donna took care of everything--hiring a great driver, making sure we had lunch reservations, ensuring that I could do things with my injury, teaching us all about the history and culture of Taiwan, even standing in lines to get food for us at the crowded night market.
