Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Explore the park’s wildlife-rich landscapes, known particularly for elephants and impressive baobab scenery.

In the late afternoon, leave Tarangire and continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Ngorongoro crater to Karatu

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater offers excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and other wildlife.

After the crater tour, return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park then drive back to Arusha

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Explore the park’s diverse habitats and look for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, monkeys, birds and, depending on conditions, its famous tree-climbing lions.

After the game drive, continue to Arusha, arriving in the afternoon.
