Your Hotel Lobby

- Your private licensed guide will meet you at your hotel in central Bangkok. Together, you will head out using Bangkok's convenient public transit (like the BTS Skytrain, MRT Underground, or a local taxi) to beat the morning traffic and dive straight into the historic old town.

Wat Pho (The Temple of the Reclining Buddha)

We begin our morning at one of Bangkok’s oldest and largest temple complexes. Marvel at the jaw-dropping, 46-meter-long gold-leaf Reclining Buddha, walk among the stunning mosaic-covered pagodas, and enjoy a breezy stroll through the beautifully kept courtyard. Since the main highlights are under shade, it's a great way to enjoy the beauty without being stuck in direct sunlight for too long.

Scenic River Crossing Ferry

We’ll take a short walk to the pier and hop onto a local shuttle boat to cross the Chao Phraya River. This quick ride offers fantastic breeze and a great photo opportunity of the river scenery.

Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn)

Stepping off the boat, we arrive at Wat Arun, famous for its majestic spires decorated with millions of pieces of colorful Chinese porcelain. Walk around the grand central prang and take in the beautiful riverside views. It's one of the most picturesque spots in the city.

11:30 AM

Journey Back

We wrap up our temple visits and head back into the city center via public transit.

2. Dress Code: To respect the sacred temples, both men and women must wear clothes that cover their shoulders and knees. Sleeveless shirts, tank tops, and short shorts are strictly prohibited.

No Suitable Clothes? No Problem: If you don't have temple-appropriate clothing that fits the hot Thai weather, don't worry at all! There are plenty of shops around the temple entrances selling lightweight, traditional-style clothes (like the famous elephant pants) at very affordable prices.
