(Approx. 15–20 minutes)
Karen Longneck Village in Chiang Rai
Take a trip to the Karen Longneck Tribe Village, located in the northern part of Chiang Rai Province. Here, you’ll see women and young girls wearing distinctive brass rings around their necks—a traditional cultural practice that creates the appearance of elongated necks. The village is also famous for its beautiful handmade crafts, including scarves, wooden dolls, and brass or silver jewelry—all reflecting their rich heritage and unique artistry.
White Temple
Visit Wat Rong Khun (the White Temple), an extraordinary art masterpiece designed as a Buddhist temple. Created by the renowned Thai artist Chalermchai Kositpipat, it blends traditional Buddhist symbolism with modern artistic flair through stunning white sculptures and intricate details. Visitors can even rent traditional Thai costumes for unforgettable photos in this unique, breathtaking setting.
Blue Temple
Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple) is often the second temple visited on Chiang Rai tours. It was designed by Phuttha Kabkaew, a student of Chalermchai Kositpipat, and showcases a striking blend of modern art and traditional Buddhist style. The temple is known for its vivid blue-and-gold interior, stunning wall paintings, and beautifully detailed sculptures. Don’t miss the popular coconut ice cream shop on-site — a sweet treat that perfectly complements the vibrant surroundings.
Lalitta Cafe'
Lalitta Café is a super popular café and photo hotspot in Chiang Rai, Thailand, known for its fairy tale vibes. Highlights include:
- A massive waterfall backdrop straight out of a fantasy flick
- Gorgeous landscaped gardens and peaceful ponds
- Quirky, Hobbit-inspired architecture with a magical twist
- Instagrammable corners everywhere you look**
Black House Musuem
Visit the Black House Museum (Baan Dam), an intriguing and unconventional art space created by Thawan Duchanee, a renowned Thai national artist. Built in a unique and striking Thai-style architectural design, the museum features a collection of over 40 dark-themed buildings. Inside, you’ll find impressive wood carvings and an eclectic array of collectibles — including buffalo horns, giant shells, crocodile leather, snake skin, and antique furniture — all reflecting themes of life, death, and nature in a bold artistic expression.
The Golden Triangle
For the final destination, visit the Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet. This iconic spot features scenic views and a vibrant local Thai market. The highlight of the visit is a 30–40-minute boat ride along the famous Mekong River, offering a unique perspective of the three-country junction. Don’t forget to stop by the Laos market, where you can try a variety of local products — including a one-of-a-kind local drink you won’t find elsewhere.
Drop off at the hotel
At the end of the tour, I can drop you off at your hotel or back at the original meeting point. If you’re not ready to call it a night, I’d be happy to take you to the CHIANG MAI Night Market, where you can dive into local food, shop for souvenirs, and catch live performances.

Tour Preparation Tips:
Essentials to Bring: Don’t forget sunscreen, mosquito repellent, a hat, and sunglasses — trust me, you’ll want all of these.
Comfy Footwear: There’s gonna be a lot of walking, so rock your comfiest shoes. Blisters are zero fun.
Health & Wellness: It’s a long day, so listen to your body and stay hydrated. Pace yourself!
Dress Code: When hitting temples, keep it classy — shoulders covered (no vests, tank tops, or spaghetti straps), and skirts or shorts should be knee-length or longer. Respect the culture, fam.
Dietary Restrictions: Got allergies or special food needs? Let me know beforehand so I can hook you up safely.
