First Capital of Ottomans - Bursa Tour- from Istanbul (car)
Bursa is the first capital city of Ottoman Empire, was also its center of silk production and trade. If you have few days in Istanbul and you do not know what to do, Bursa is the right place to come, just 2 hours from Istanbul via modern bridge over the Marmara Sea. You will try best kebab here. You can go to the roots of the Ottoman Empire. Bursa has a lot to say to its visitors. Mosques, caravanserais, tombs, silk markets, historical Turkish baths and so on...

You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Bursa via Osmangazi Bridge.
Arrive to Bursa. Visit Tophane Hill and first Ottoman Sultans' tombs.
Tophane is a prominent hill where you will have a great view of the city and visit tombs of first and second Ottoman Sultans'.
Grand Mosque.
The largest mosque in Bursa, worth to see for its unique architecture and calligraphy art.
Traditional Lunch.
You will try best Iskender Kebab in Bursa as it is where it is coming from.
Koza Caravanserai.
A 15th century caravanserai provided accommodation and food for foreign merchants and storage for their goods.
Green Mosque and Tomb.
Located at the foot of Uludag there is a small mosque built by Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II, has beautiful handmade tiles inside and above same mosque there is the tomb of same Sultan and his children.
Old Oak Tree.
A 600 year old Oak Tree at the foot of Uludag which is a great place for city view and for a cup of Turkish coffee. Not far from city center but on the way to Uludag, located in an Ottoman village called Inkaya where some local villagers sell their homemade jams and honey.
Depart for Istanbul.
You will be transferred to your hotel in Istanbul.

Our family had a private day tour of Bursa with Emine. Communication with her prior to the tour was pretty good. Emine showed up on time on the day of tour. We found her to be quite friendly, knowledgeable, and warm. Her English and communication skills were awesome. We had decided places of interest in advance. Emine let us took us our time and was on pace with us throughout the day. She was quite knowledgeable about each place and demonstrated historical facts in details. Best part, she took us to shopping which was a high on our list! Overall, Emine was fabulous.
