My passion for adventure began in high school when I first heard about the Appalachian Trail. After four years in the army, I hiked all 2,180 miles, sparking a lifelong love of exploring on foot and by bike. Soon after, I biked across the USA, parts of New Zealand, and eventually 18,000 miles around the world through Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America—an incredible journey that included both challenges and unforgettable experiences.
I later moved to Taiwan and China, earning a master’s in Chinese studies, teaching, and leading biking and hiking tours throughout Tibetan regions. What started as free trips grew into professional tours, and after the pandemic, I brought this expertise back to the U.S., focusing on Colorado.
Colorado is an adventurer’s paradise: the Rocky Mountains, national parks, alpine lakes, hot springs, historic mining towns, and vibrant cities like Denver and Boulder with art, food, and culture. Year-round, it offers something for everyone, from wildflower hikes to snowshoeing, skiing, and rafting.
I now offer a wide range of experiences: hiking and snowshoeing in the Rockies, “Denver in a Day” trips (Red Rocks, Golden, Dinosaur Ridge, RiNo), scenic countryside bike rides, and fun city bike tours through Denver’s highlights like Union Station, RiNo murals, and the State Capitol. For food lovers, my evening food tour blends local history, cuisine, and art. Camping and multi-day adventures are also available, with everything customizable to your group’s needs.
As owner and guide, I’m passionate about sharing Colorado’s beauty and hidden gems beyond the crowded spots. Every tour includes pickup and drop-off plus a free travel guide with my top recommendations for hiking, dining, and exploring. Whether you’re here for active outdoor adventure, food, or culture, I’ll help make your time in Colorado unforgettable.
