Rose was a phenomenal guide for our group of 4 as we explored Ninh Binh! She was great to work with as we customized the plan for the day so we could see all the sights we wanted to, and brought an incredibly positive energy throughout the day that made the tour feel truly personal. She really made an effort to speak with us each individually, get to know us, and call out facts that she thought we might personally find interesting. Her knowledge of the area was phenomenal and she gave wonderful context about the region, local life, and Vietnamese culture. Truly, you could not pick a better person to help you experience such a beautiful place.

“wonderful day”

We had a fantastic day exploring Hanoi with our tour guide! Everything was exceptionally well organized, and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She shared lots of interesting information and gave us a wonderful insight into the city and its culture. What we appreciated most was her flexibility and personal approach. She listened carefully to our wishes and adapted the itinerary whenever we wanted to make a change. We never felt that we had to follow a standard tourist program — the entire day was tailored to our interests, which made the experience truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Hanoi. We would absolutely love to come back and explore more with her again!
