Meeting Point

Day 1: Hanoi - Lang Son - Trùng Khánh (Cao Bang)
Early Morning: Depart from Hanoi towards Cao Bang via Lang Son. Along the way, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of Northern Vietnam’s mountainous landscape, with rolling hills, lush valleys, and peaceful villages.
En Route Stops: We’ll stop at several scenic spots to rest and explore, allowing you to experience the daily life of local villagers. These rural villages offer a glimpse into the traditional cultures of Vietnam’s ethnic communities, with picturesque stilt houses and simple, rustic scenes of daily life.
Late Afternoon: Arrive in Cao Bang, check into the hotel, and rest. In the evening, you’re free to explore the local area, perhaps sampling the unique cuisine of the Northeast.
Day 2: Ban Gioc Waterfall - Nguom Ngao Cave - Travel to Ba Be Lake
Morning: After breakfast, we head to Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of Vietnam’s most spectacular waterfalls, located on the border with China. You’ll have ample time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the pristine, natural scenery. Ban Gioc’s multi-tiered cascade and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by green mountains, create a truly stunning sight.
Late Morning: Next, we’ll visit Nguom Ngao Cave, a large and beautiful limestone cave located close to Ban Gioc. Known for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites, the cave is filled with uniquely shaped rock formations that nature has sculpted over millions of years.
Afternoon: After exploring Nguom Ngao Cave, we’ll travel to Ba Be Lake. Along the way, you can enjoy the picturesque landscape of Vietnam’s northeastern mountains. We’ll arrive at Ba Be Lake in the evening, check into your accommodation, and enjoy dinner.
Day 3: Ba Be Lake - Return to Hanoi
Morning: Begin the day with a boat trip across Ba Be Lake, the largest freshwater lake in northern Vietnam, located within Ba Be National Park. The lake’s tranquil atmosphere and clear, green waters, reflecting the surrounding mountains, create a scene of natural beauty. While cruising, you’ll see small islands on the lake, virgin forests, and various native bird species.
Midday: After the boat trip, enjoy a lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Begin the return journey to Hanoi, concluding your memorable tour of Non Nuoc Cao Bang and Ba Be Lake.
