Saigon Food Tour By Night - Back Of A Motorbike is more like a relaxing food tour. You won't be crammed full of food but a little bit more than enough to taste the authentic cuisine of Saigon. Throughout the night we will travel to various locations in Saigon on a motorcycle tour while we eat local Vietnam food.

I will pick you up at hotel (or requested location) by Motorbike. We recommend to start at 4:30pm because with local people they call happy hours. You just sit on the back of the motorbike to enjoy the sight, smell and sound of this stunning city.
Back Of A Motorbike Tour
We drive Thu Thiem bridge you will see another side of Saigon then stop famous street foods of “Bo La Lop” (Betel Wrapped Beef) beef barbecue enjoy with garlic, shallots, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, pepper and salt and mix well. On the tour you will learn more about authentic Vietnamese cuisine as well as our rich culture. You will have chance to listen to vendor's stories, food history. Our tour guide will tell you how to cook and how to eat the dish. You can do it and enjoy the dish like us. After that we will enjoy famous ice cream (Longan fruit ice cream) behind local market and have experience with Banh Mi (Vietnamese Bread). We will stop at a snail stall where you can choose a kind of snail and cooking method. You just enjoy the snail dish and experience “Snail Eating” - one of important part of Saigon culture which is popular among young Saigon people you will cheer with “1, 2, 3, dzo”, famous Saigon beer and exotic beer food. You are free to ask about everything and our tour guide will help if you would like to buy something. Why not enjoy your day in Ho Chi Minh city on the back of the motorbike with our nice and talented tour guide. The Saigon street food tour by night ends with lots of smile.

“Private tour of Ho Chi Minh City”
Lee has under the weather, so MIA took his place as our tour guide with Nghia as our driver . We felt very safe with him and he got us back to thr ship in lots of time! Mia was excellent! She shared information about Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam on the way into the city. It took a bit under two hours to get from the cruise port to Ho Chi Minh City. Before going, we asked to make some changes in the itinerary and it was no problem at all to make the changes. Our first stop was at the Eco Village. Mia was very informative as we walked around and then we stopped and had some delicious Vietnamese milk coffee by the river. After that we went to a Chinese Pagoda followed by a trip to the wholesale market. It was interesting to walk around there and see all the spices and merchandise to purchase. The merchants weren’t pushy at all. We also went on a 20 minute rickshaw ride through Chinatown. This was an extra cost but well worth it. Definitely a highlight of the day! Mia took us to another pagoda. Then we made a quick change in the itinerary because I wanted to get some good Vietnamese coffee. Mia found an excellent place to purchase coffee. While there we had an opportunity to see The lacquer factory as well. After that, we went to lunch at a small Vietnamese restaurant. It was lovely. My husband has a shellfish allergy so Mia called ahead to make some changes in our meal. Our meal was served immediately upon arrival. The server was lovely. For dessert we had egg coffee, this was just as delicious as the milk coffee. After that, we headed back to the ship. It was a full day, but we were back in plenty of time, two hours before departure. I highly recommend Mia and Go With Guide tours! Mia had very good English and she had a lot of knowledge about Ho Chi Minh city. Just the fact that she was able to make a change in our itinerary was greatly appreciated.
